Website 0.8.13 R53 · Consistent heroes, reliable navigation, and lean delivery

Website release notes summarize public presentation and documentation changes. Microsoft Store remains authoritative for application availability, installation, updates, and device-specific release information.

• Kept the synthetic financial-grid, mesh, and chart workbench demos removed across the website, while preserving the concept gallery, workflow walkthrough, and actual application screenshots.
• Retained the larger equal-width desktop heroes, complete summaries and captions, and responsive uncropped artwork across all public pages.
• Fixed mobile navigation so selecting the current page closes the menu, keyboard focus does not stay in a hidden panel, and long menus scroll within short viewports.
• Coalesced optional route prefetches, recorded failures without marking routes ready, and cancelled idle warm-ups when the owner unmounts. Offline and data-saving connections avoid speculative work.
• Preserved all 300 startup-animation playback slots and the exact-byte deduplicated storage introduced in R52.
• Synchronized these release notes with the active package metadata and added regression coverage for navigation and release identity.
