Store app identity and access
OptionForge is desktop software for options analytics, probability review, payoff visualization, portfolio/risk governance, and broker-connected Trade review. The current release is free to download; installation, updates, regional availability, and Microsoft account/platform access may be handled by Microsoft Store and Windows services.
OptionForge support can help with app-side installation, update, launch, broker-integration, and diagnostic questions, but cannot override Microsoft account, third-party broker/data-provider, or Store platform records.
Privacy and diagnostics disclosure
The app is designed around local desktop use. Local project files, settings, exports, and diagnostic logs can exist on the customer device. Support records exist when the customer contacts support or submits logs, screenshots, or files.
