Corporate identity: OptionForge is a software product owned and operated by NeuroQuant Financial Technologies Inc. References to OptionForge identify the product; NeuroQuant is the owner/operator where a legal entity is required.

This Support Policy describes how OptionForge handles product support, installation questions, Microsoft Store access routing, privacy/security intake, and product troubleshooting.
Support scope
Support covers reasonable product questions, installation and launch issues, Microsoft Store access routing, website/legal-page questions, documentation clarification, basic troubleshooting, bug reports, privacy/security intake, and product-policy questions.
Support does not include investment advice, trade recommendations, broker selection, tax analysis, legal advice, guaranteed profitability, custom financial planning, or live trading supervision.
Recommended support details
- App version and build number.
- Windows version and device type.
- Microsoft Store install/update path used.
- The app tab, page, workflow, or feature involved.
- Steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result.
- Screenshots, short screen recording, or logs when useful after removing secrets and unrelated personal information.
Response expectations
Support is handled on a reasonable-efforts basis. Response times may vary by volume, complexity, holidays, time zone, security review, and whether third-party platform or Store support is required. No guaranteed response time or service-level agreement applies unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Priority handling
| Priority | Examples | Typical handling |
|---|
| Security/privacy | Potential vulnerability, personal-data request, suspected unauthorized access. | Route first; may request verification and limit details until triaged. |
| Access/launch blocking | App cannot install, update, launch, or entitlement appears unavailable. | Review Store path, environment, logs, and known fixes. |
| Data/calculation concern | Possible model, chart, table, or export defect. | Request reproduction details, inputs, screenshots, and version. |
| How-to/documentation | Workflow questions, policy questions, module explanations. | Answer or direct to relevant page where available. |
Excluded support
- Broker account setup, trading permissions, margin approvals, tax filings, legal filings, investment recommendations, or personal financial advice.
- Unsupported operating systems, unsupported devices, modified app packages, tampered installations, or unlicensed copies.
- Third-party outages, external market-data provider restrictions, Microsoft Store account problems outside product-side control, or internet/provider failures.
Security and privacy in support
Do not send passwords, broker credentials, API secrets, private keys, full account numbers, or full payment-card details. Redact sensitive material from screenshots and logs where possible.
