End User License Agreement

Corporate identity: OptionForge is a software product owned and operated by NeuroQuant Financial Technologies Inc. References to OptionForge identify the product; NeuroQuant is the owner/operator where a legal entity is required.

Current distribution model: OptionForge itself is free to download from Microsoft Store. OptionForge does not charge a subscription or purchase price for the current public release. Third-party broker, market-data, exchange, connectivity, or other external-service charges may still apply under those providers' terms.

This End User License Agreement governs installation and use of the OptionForge desktop application unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

License grant

Subject to compliance with this EULA and availability of the current Microsoft Store distribution, OptionForge grants the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop application for the user’s internal analytics workflow on compatible Windows devices.

The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Microsoft Store installation and updates

For Microsoft Store distribution, installation, updates, package identity, supported Windows versions, regional availability, and device compatibility may depend on Microsoft Store and Windows platform services. The current public release has no OptionForge subscription or purchase entitlement requirement. Availability may change if the product is removed from a region, the platform becomes unsupported, or the user violates applicable terms.

Permitted use

Use the application for personal or internal business analytics, strategy review, risk visualization, educational review, and recordkeeping support.
Create local project files, reports, screenshots, or exports for the user’s own internal records.
Contact support with logs or screenshots after removing information the user does not want to share.

License restrictions

No reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, tampering, unlocking, bypassing licensing, scraping protected resources, or extracting source code except where non-waivable law expressly permits.
No resale, sublicensing, rental, timesharing, hosting, managed service offering, public redistribution, or commercial service bureau use unless a written agreement permits it.
No use to build a competing product by copying non-public design, UI, workflows, trade secrets, or proprietary logic.
No removal of copyright, trademark, legal, risk, licensing, or attribution notices.
No use with malware, credential harvesting, exploit research against the product, unauthorized automation, or illegal activities.

Local files, backups, and secrets

The user is responsible for local project files, backups, exports, configuration, broker/provider credentials, API keys, and logs. Credentials and API keys should be stored only through approved app settings or secure OS storage where available, and should not be sent to support unless expressly requested and safely redacted.

Updates and changes

OptionForge may publish updates, patches, feature changes, bug fixes, security hardening, content changes, or compatibility updates. Some updates may be required for continued use, Store compliance, security, data-provider compatibility, or support eligibility.

Third-party services and data providers

The app may rely on third-party operating system services, Microsoft Store services, market-data providers, analytics providers, or user-configured integrations. OptionForge is not responsible for third-party outages, data quality, legal terms, pricing, rate limits, access restrictions, or API changes.

No warranty and no trading advice

The software is a tool for analysis and workflow. It does not guarantee trading results, data accuracy, model accuracy, broker compatibility, tax treatment, margin treatment, fill prices, liquidity, or suitability of any position.

Termination

This license may terminate automatically if the user violates this EULA, tampers with protected app/package integrity, misuses the app, or where required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, the user must stop using the software and delete unauthorized copies.

Current free distribution

The current public release of OptionForge is free to download from Microsoft Store. OptionForge does not charge a recurring subscription or software purchase price for this release. Any fees charged by a broker, market-data vendor, exchange, connectivity provider, or another third party are separate and governed by that provider.
