Consent Withdrawal & Marketing Preferences
Corporate identity: OptionForge is a software product owned and operated by NeuroQuant Financial Technologies Inc. References to OptionForge identify the product; NeuroQuant is the owner/operator where a legal entity is required.
How users can withdraw optional consent, opt out of marketing, and understand transactional service messages.
Current distribution model: OptionForge itself is free to download from Microsoft Store. OptionForge does not charge a subscription or purchase price for the current public release. Third-party broker, market-data, exchange, connectivity, or other external-service charges may still apply under those providers' terms.
This static page is part of the current OptionForge free-release legal/support package and is designed to remain directly reachable outside the React app shell.
Scope
This page explains how optional consent and marketing preferences are handled for product announcements, newsletters, support follow-ups, beta outreach, research invitations, and non-essential analytics.
Security, legal, support, Microsoft Store access/update, and service communications may still be sent when needed to operate the service or respond to a user request.
Withdrawal requests
Users can request withdrawal of optional consent by contacting [email protected] or by using any unsubscribe link included in a marketing email.
Requests should identify the email address, channel, or consent category involved so the request can be processed accurately.
Processing limits
Withdrawing consent does not make earlier processing unlawful if it was valid at the time. It also does not require deletion of records that must be kept for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or platform reasons.
Some platform-level communications may be controlled by Microsoft Store account settings or other provider settings.
Preference records
OptionForge should keep minimal records of unsubscribe, opt-out, suppression, and consent-withdrawal events so the preference can be respected.
