Financial Compliance & No Brokerage Services
Corporate identity: OptionForge is a software product owned and operated by NeuroQuant Financial Technologies Inc. References to OptionForge identify the product; NeuroQuant is the owner/operator where a legal entity is required.
No-brokerage, no-custody, broker-connected Trade-routing, no-advisory, no-fiduciary, and market-risk boundaries.
Current distribution model: OptionForge itself is free to download from Microsoft Store. OptionForge does not charge a subscription or purchase price for the current public release. Third-party broker, market-data, exchange, connectivity, or other external-service charges may still apply under those providers' terms.
This static page is part of the current OptionForge free-release legal/support package and is designed to remain directly reachable outside the React app shell.
No brokerage services
OptionForge is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, exchange, clearing firm, custodian, bank, investment adviser, portfolio manager, tax adviser, or legal adviser.
The app does not hold customer funds or securities, execute or clear trades itself, custody assets, guarantee prices, or provide account-specific suitability decisions. Where the Trade tab is connected to a supported third-party broker, the app may transmit a user-authorized order after review; the broker remains authoritative for acceptance, routing, execution, fills, custody, statements, and official records.
No personalized advice
App outputs, examples, diagrams, probabilities, Greeks, P&L, repair workflows, and support replies are not personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, legal advice, or instructions to buy, sell, hold, hedge, or roll a security or derivative.
Users should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Market and model risk
Options can involve substantial risk, including loss of premium, losses greater than initial investment, margin calls, assignment, liquidity issues, volatility shifts, gap risk, and tax consequences.
Model outputs depend on assumptions and may differ from broker, exchange, clearing, tax, or market outcomes.
User obligations
Professional users are responsible for their own regulatory, supervisory, fiduciary, recordkeeping, suitability, disclosure, and client-communication obligations.

Trade tab and broker boundary
The Trade tab may transmit a user-authorized order to a supported third-party broker after the user reviews and confirms the order. OptionForge does not itself execute, clear, settle, custody, or make the broker's acceptance decision. The connected broker remains authoritative for account permissions, acceptance, routing, execution, fills, custody, statements, confirmations, and official broker records.
