Acceptable Use Policy

Corporate identity: OptionForge is a software product owned and operated by NeuroQuant Financial Technologies Inc. References to OptionForge identify the product; NeuroQuant is the owner/operator where a legal entity is required.
Current distribution model: OptionForge itself is free to download from Microsoft Store. OptionForge does not charge a subscription or purchase price for the current public release. Third-party broker, market-data, exchange, connectivity, or other external-service charges may still apply under those providers' terms.

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not permitted when using the OptionForge website, app, documentation, support, current free-distribution path, and related public materials.

Prohibited conduct

  • No illegal use, fraud, harassment, spam, malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or abuse of support channels.
  • No account sharing, licensing circumvention, unauthorized resale, redistribution, or public hosting of the app.
  • No attempts to bypass Microsoft Store installation/update controls, app package integrity, security controls, or technical limitations.
  • No scraping, stress testing, scanning, denial-of-service, or vulnerability probing without written authorization.
  • No uploads or support submissions containing unnecessary sensitive personal data, secrets, or third-party confidential information.

Enforcement

Misuse may result in support refusal, access suspension, license termination, security blocking, reporting to relevant platforms or authorities where appropriate, and other remedies available by law or contract.
