Service Availability & Business Continuity
This page explains availability limits, maintenance, continuity expectations, user backups, platform dependencies, and no-SLA boundaries for OptionForge.
Page sections
Availability limits
The website, legal pages, product pages, app functionality, Microsoft Store listing, installation, updates, package or platform checks, analytics providers, broker integrations, and data-provider workflows may be interrupted, delayed, suspended, changed, or discontinued.
Maintenance and changes
OptionForge may update pages, routing, support materials, assets, cache behavior, service-worker versions, security headers, and content. Some changes may be required for compliance, performance, security, or platform compatibility.
Business continuity expectations
- Users should keep backups of local files and exports.
- Users should keep independent records of trades, taxes, statements, and broker confirmations outside OptionForge.
- Users should not rely on OptionForge as the sole repository for business-critical, tax-critical, or trading-critical records.
- Users should verify data and decisions directly with their broker and other authoritative sources.
No uptime SLA
No uptime, support response, data-provider access, or issue-resolution guarantee applies unless a separate written agreement expressly provides one.
