Corporate identity: OptionForge is a software product owned and operated by NeuroQuant Financial Technologies Inc. References to OptionForge identify the product; NeuroQuant is the owner/operator where a legal entity is required.
Current distribution model: OptionForge itself is free to download from Microsoft Store. OptionForge does not charge a subscription or purchase price for the current public release. Third-party broker, market-data, exchange, connectivity, or other external-service charges may still apply under those providers' terms.

Users must comply with export-control, sanctions, embargo, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, and trade-compliance laws that apply to their location, account, device, and use of software.

Restricted use

  • Do not use OptionForge where prohibited by law, sanctions, embargo, or platform restriction.
  • Do not provide access to a sanctioned person, blocked party, restricted entity, or prohibited jurisdiction where unlawful.
  • Do not use the product for illegal market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful financial activity.

Refusal and suspension

OptionForge may refuse support, suspend access, or terminate licenses where required or reasonably appropriate for sanctions, export, legal, security, platform, or abuse reasons.
