Purpose and scope
This Cookie Policy explains how OptionForge may use cookies, local storage, service-worker cache, analytics identifiers, security logs, and similar technologies on the public website. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
Essential site storage
The website may use essential storage to deliver pages, cache static files, remember non-sensitive display preferences, improve load speed, and protect the site from misuse. Blocking essential storage can affect page loading, routing, cached assets, or performance.
Analytics and measurement
The site can use Google Tag Manager for aggregate page measurement only after the visitor selects Allow analytics. Selecting Essential only prevents the optional tag container from being requested. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied. Analytics is used for product and website improvement, not brokerage activity or trade execution.
Service-worker cache
The website may register a service worker to cache static website assets and legal pages. Cache entries can help pages load reliably, but users can clear them through browser settings or developer tools. Legal pages are configured with refresh-friendly cache rules so updated policies replace old pages.
User controls
Visitors can select Essential only or Allow analytics in the consent panel. They can reset the saved choice by clearing browser site storage and can also use browser privacy controls or blocking protections.
No sensitive trading credentials
OptionForge does not intentionally use cookies to collect broker passwords, API secrets, full account numbers, or payment-card numbers for the OptionForge app. Users should not send those items through support or website forms.
Updates
This policy may be updated when the website, analytics configuration, hosting, service worker, or legal requirements change.
