Ownership
OptionForge, its website, software, documentation, user interface, workflows, source code, object code, designs, logos, screenshots, text, and product materials are owned by OptionForge or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
License boundaries
- The EULA grants use of the app; it does not transfer ownership.
- Website access does not grant rights to copy, clone, resell, scrape, or redistribute product assets.
- Screenshots may be used for internal evaluation or support unless they expose confidential or proprietary information.
- Third-party trademarks, platform names, and provider names remain property of their respective owners.
Feedback
Suggestions, bug reports, ideas, and feedback may be used to improve OptionForge without obligation to provide compensation, ownership, attribution, or implementation, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Brand use
Do not use OptionForge names, logos, product images, or confusingly similar branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, resale authority, or official distribution without written permission.
