Corporate identity: OptionForge is a software product owned and operated by NeuroQuant Financial Technologies Inc. References to OptionForge identify the product; NeuroQuant is the owner/operator where a legal entity is required.
Current distribution model: OptionForge itself is free to download from Microsoft Store. OptionForge does not charge a subscription or purchase price for the current public release. Third-party broker, market-data, exchange, connectivity, or other external-service charges may still apply under those providers' terms.

This Service Fulfillment page explains how free Microsoft Store download, installation, updates, app availability, and support routing work for OptionForge.

Page sections

Free download and delivery path

For the current public app listing, users are directed to Microsoft Store to download, install, update, and manage platform access to OptionForge. The current OptionForge release itself is free; Microsoft Store controls regional availability, installation, updates, and Microsoft account/platform behavior.

Fulfillment checklist

  1. Review system requirements, legal documents, risk disclosure, and product scope before download or use.
  2. Open the Microsoft Store listing from the website or Store app.
  3. Complete the Microsoft Store download and installation workflow using the Microsoft account and region shown by Microsoft where required.
  4. Install or update through Microsoft Store.
  5. Contact [email protected] if the product launches incorrectly, the Store entitlement appears inconsistent, or product-side troubleshooting is needed.

Delivery limits

Fulfillment can be affected by Store availability, device compatibility, Windows version, account state, internet access, regional rules, Store outages, security settings, and platform policy changes.

Enterprise or direct fulfillment

Professional, institutional, or direct enterprise arrangements must be documented in a written agreement or written scope confirmation. Public Store terms do not automatically create enterprise support, custom development, uptime, onboarding, or professional-services obligations.
