Page sections

Purpose

This page explains how users can raise product, support, privacy, access, third-party charge, Store, refund, and policy complaints, and confirms that mandatory consumer rights are not waived by website policy text.

Mandatory rights preserved

Nothing in the public website pages is intended to exclude, limit, or waive non-waivable consumer, privacy, accessibility, platform, or statutory rights that apply to a user.

Complaint intake

Users can contact [email protected] with a concise subject line, relevant page or feature, app version, Windows version, Store reference where available, screenshots or logs when useful, and the requested outcome.

Privacy complaints

Privacy, access, deletion, correction, consent, cookie, diagnostic-log, and data-security questions should identify the relevant email address or support thread so the request can be located and handled.

Store and third-party charge complaints

The current OptionForge release itself is free. Complaints involving a separate Microsoft Store/platform charge, broker fee, market-data fee, tax, invoice, chargeback, or refund may need to be handled through the provider that imposed the charge and any applicable platform support process.

Escalation and records

OptionForge may keep reasonable records of complaint handling, support context, and resolution steps as described in the Privacy Policy, Data Security & Retention, and Support Policy pages.
