This page is part of the OptionForge legal and support policy package. It should be reviewed against current app behavior, the Microsoft Store listing, broker/data-provider integrations, and applicable law as the product evolves.

Page sections

Informal resolution first

Users should contact [email protected] first for support issues, licensing problems, policy questions, refund routing, privacy requests, or complaints. Include enough context to review the issue.

OptionForge should attempt good-faith informal resolution before escalation where practical.

Governing law placeholder

Final governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action, and consumer-rights wording should be reviewed by qualified counsel before publication.

Nothing in this page should be interpreted to remove mandatory consumer rights or non-waivable protections that apply in the user’s jurisdiction.
