Current distribution model: OptionForge itself is free to download from Microsoft Store. OptionForge does not charge a subscription or purchase price for the current public release. Third-party broker, market-data, exchange, connectivity, or other external-service charges may still apply under those providers' terms.

Lawful requests

OptionForge may preserve or disclose records when required by law, valid legal process, security need, fraud investigation, dispute preservation, or protection of rights.

The company should review legal requests for validity, scope, jurisdiction, and conflicts with privacy obligations before producing information.

User notice

Where legally permitted and practical, OptionForge may notify affected users of lawful requests. Notice may be delayed or omitted if prohibited by law, court order, emergency, security concern, or risk of harm.

Preservation may prevent deletion until the legal hold or dispute need ends.
