Page sections
Scope
This supplemental notice explains U.S. state privacy concepts in a practical way for OptionForge website, support, diagnostics, security, and Store access context.
It should be read with the main Privacy Policy and Data Subject Requests page.
No sale of personal information
OptionForge should not sell personal information. The website and app should not use personal information for unrelated third-party advertising sales.
If advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or sale/share activity is introduced in the future, this page and the Cookie Policy must be updated before deployment.
Requests
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, deletion, correction, portability, or opt-out style handling. Requests should be sent to support with enough information to verify identity and locate records.
Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority before a request is processed.
Sensitive information
Users should not send support sensitive account credentials, brokerage passwords, full payment numbers, government identifiers, private keys, seed phrases, or unrelated medical, biometric, or precise location information.
If support receives unnecessary sensitive information, OptionForge may delete, redact, or restrict access to it where feasible.
